Valentines Day Socks

According to ancient tradition, St. Nicolas left his gold to the average of three poor girlâ money for his marriage. After washing his clothes, stockings were hanged and left to dry on the fireplace and went to bed.
Saint-Nicolas took pity on three daughters and their father, who was not depressed to give their children money for their dowries in marriage. Morning came, and the family woke up, the three girls were going in the fireplace for her stocking and made their low content, which was enough money to spend on your wedding.
This is the birth of our Christmas tradition of hanging Christmas stockings on the mantel. Hoping that San Nicolas remove and fill Christmas stockings with gifts and sweets. Today, this tradition is still felt by many children, so they must be good for the whole year, Santa will give them what they wanted to Christmas gifts.
Apart from the tradition of hanging them, there are many many different ways to enjoy these socks Christmas. They come in different colors, designs and sizes. In general, use as underwear to keep your feet warm and comfortable.
Christmas socks are now used as decorative ornaments for the Christmas season. You can hang the fireplace, Christmas trees, window frames and on our tables. You can buy at the supermarket and are available in various designs and patterns. You can also take their own bottom Christmas and add some personal touches with his creative imagination.

9. You can also have your name embroidered on their Christmas stockings to be more personalized.

My wife told me that getting roses on valentines day is " expected " by women so....she doesn't feel the same when she gets them on that day. NOW, I bought her Roses day before yesterday, snuck in the back door, laid them on the bed for her to see. I ask her " Honey, would you go and get me a pair of socks, my one sock got wet somehow ?...she said, " Of course Honey, how did you get your sock wet ? " well, as she was saying that she was walking towards the bedroom and disappeared...She came back in with the biggest smile I've seen in awhile, tickled to death ! She was so surprised and extremely happy ! (lol) she even brought a pair of socks.
