Valentine have several plots along each other (as in Love Actually), which take place during the Day of St. Valentine. All the characters are related in some way another character, these connections are revealed gradually through the film. These are the main story lines:
On a plane to Los Angeles Hazeltine Kate (Julia Roberts), a captain in the U.S. Army License for one day, meets Holden (Bradley Cooper), who recently became single again.
In Los Angeles, florist Bennett Reed (Ashton Kutcher) has enthusiastically proposed to his girlfriend (Jessica Alba) Morley, to the amazement of friends Alfonso Ramos (George Lopez) and Julie Fitzpatrick (Jennifer Garner). Morley change his mind, and discover other Reed always thought that it would not work, and I wanted them he said.
Julia, a primary school teacher, has recently fallen in love with Dr. Harrison Copeland (Patrick Dempsey), but not know it married. Reed discovers that when ordering flowers for Harrison and his wife Julia. Julia Reed said, but I can not believe it and goes on a plan to meet Harrison.
Edison Nanny Grace (Emma Roberts) is planning his first sexual encounter with her boyfriend Alex (Carter Jenkins). The planned meeting goes Alex Grace through when Mom is naked, playing his guitar and repeat his song written for Grace.
Sean Jackson (Eric Dane), a closet playing football professional's intention to end his career with his publicist (Jessica Biel) and her agent Kara (Queen Latifah) Paula.
At the end of San of Valentine, shows that Holden has been only recently, he has broken with Sean, but Holden is up to him because Sean has finally Released in a conference Press. Kate returns home to meet his son, Edison. Grace and Alex has not had sex and plan for what to expect. Kara and kisses Kelvin. Both Reed and Julia realize they have feelings for each other and kiss on the bridge of your home. Morley is shown walking alone with dog. Mr. Copeland is shown watching television in his apartment with an empty pizza box and a side of the bed empty, which means that his wife realized what was happening with him and Julia, and no doubt left. Willy Felicia drops off at his apartment and fired with a passionate kiss. Felicia returns home with a warm smile on his face. Estelle and Edgar kiss in the cemetery of famous films, and a plan to say their vows to each other again. The film ends with the story of a radio host who says "raise your glass to those three little words we all want to hear ...", instead of continue: "I love you" as planned, said: "Come naked.
