Illegal idea of Valentine's Day?

So, my idea for my daughter, I send a special kind of treasure hunt. What ill do is give riddles, puzzles leading to others, which eventually led to its final destination, where the disease has all my gifts for she. Now, places they want to put these puzzles (envelope) is the band of secret places of the city. For example, I want to Duct Tape a conundrum for the merits of a slide in a park for children. Could it be that the property deformed? or there's nothing illegal about this?

I think that the biggest problem will be found which is to ensure that people do not open and / or take the envelopes. Besides, I do not think that all this is illegal, even if it is any lieniency police would not =)
