Valentine Day Objectives

Valentines Day .. Should I? OR Shouldn't I?
He broke up with me about 2 weeks ago but he wants to remain friends. This friday that just past(feb.8) he told me he missed me and that he still loves me and that he sees a future with me and asked me to give it time. For valentine's day my original plan was to simply bake him some cookies, and make him a card, asking for him back is NOT part of my plan because i think that giving him his space is respectful. However, im thinking twice on following through with my plan(cookies & card), is it too much? Am I being foolish on just wanting to do something nice?
My whole objective? To put a smile upon his face.
IF YOU REALLY WANT HIM BACK YOU SHOULD SAY YES. BUT YOU SHOULD THINK TWICE, BY THINKING WHY DID HE BREAK UP WITH YOU? IF YOUR GOING TO SAY NO, THEN DON'T DO YOUR ORIGINAL PLAN, BECAUSE THAT WOULD MAKE THINGS AWKWARD BETWEEN YOU AND HIM
