Valentines Day is once again on the horizon and men all over the world start to sweat and scramble for gift ideas for the little lady. Its true, us men never know what to get for women, and running through a packed mall looking for something that we are not sure if it will put a smile on her face or get us a trip to the couch for the night, makes the process that much more painful. Well, do not fear, I have put together a list of the top 5 Valentines Day Gifts for women that are guaranteed to make her happy.
1. Chocolates and Roses
These are the 2 most popular gifts on Valentines day for women and I can see why they always raise the prices on these items every time Valentines day rolls around. One key rule is to make sure that you buy her both chocolates and roses if you go this route. Also make sure that it is a dozen red roses and some kind of fancy heart shaped cute chocolates.
2. Jewelry
I am sure everyone knew this one was coming! Yes, jewelry is expensive, but it is just once a year and diamonds really are a girls best friend. There is a large variety of jewelry that you can choose from at Valentines, but what usually sells best are heart shapes pendents of sorts. If money is not a problem, then i highly recommend you go this route.
3. Health Spa Gift Certificate
Women like nothing more then spending the day at the local health spa getting pampered! These packages can get a little expensive, but it really is worth it. She gets a day at the spa, her nails done, massage, facial, etc. and us guys get a day for ourselves to go golfing or just relax at home with a case of beer and watching some sports. It is a win-win situation!
4. Lingerie
Yes i know, men benefit more from this gift then women do, but truth be told, women really do love lingerie. I know walking into a lingerie store is a very difficult task for a man, but at this time of year, its a pretty common occurrence. Pick out something she will feel comfortable in, yet makes her look sexy.
5. A Romantic Getaway
OK this one can get a little expensive depending on where you go, but it is worth it. If a romantic getaway to the Caribbean for a week is not possible, then pick a closer location to home where you would enjoy going. Book a few days at a higher class hotel, go for romantic scenic walks and enjoy your time together.
