You can go for just an overnight or for a long weekend. Stay in your home town or branch out to action packed cities like Las Vegas or New York. February is prime skiing season so you might want to consider a great weekend at the lodge.

Priceline lets you specify a maximum price you're willing to pay for the dates you need and then they see if any airlines will bite. The catch is that you don't get to pick which airline.
