The holidays are a good time to do something different from your regular lesson plan. Children will enjoy the passage of a lesson plan routine regular. This year, Hanukkah falls on Friday, December 2006 15, so here are some ideas for last-minute Hanukkah for those of you who still looking for something to do with their students. Hanukkah is my favorite time of year again. Chanukah is commonly known as the Festival of Lights and in my school, coming just at the time of receipt of your memory cards. If you're like me, you can customize the theme of light and ask your students in areas that have been able to see the "light" or improve a skill or an area of study? Where
Here is a selection of activities that do not require much planning or additional materials with your class. Generally maintain a list of words in the general's hand and use it correctly.
1. Discuss with your class all the organizations who know Chanukah. Here are some words that can be added to the list of words in the class:
day, joy, light, Macabeo, dark, toy, bright, funny, round, round, above, at night turn, shape, joy, burn, stop, potty, story, song, thin, long, white, glory, small, for example, fell, destroy, while the torch, fight, bright, porch, blinking
Ask students to find words that rhyme with from the list and make your own poem for Hanukkah.
2. Children love the crosswords. Make your own or start their own use rel = "nofollow" href = "http://www.puzzlemaker.com/"> Puzzlemaker.
3. Secreto words. Students work in groups of three or four. They decide on a word. Then each group presents his speech the other players saying another group to guess letters with new words. The first letter of each word specifies the secret word.
Example: The group chose the word "TOP". Three players to give everyone says a word: Toy, Open, Pen.
The second group tries to guess the secret word.
4. Small words of a Big One. Write a word on the shelf long enough.
Example: "donut". Give the group a time limit to see who can make the longest list of words using the letters in the word you typed. Make a list on the table. The student with the list above can then drive the game.
5. You can print coloring pages and have children color in
6. Play Bingo, the words above or student generated lists.
7. If you have a computer room, children can send a virtual greeting card.
8. Also in the room computers, children can respond to a questionnaire on the News of Chanukah.
9. Teaching the fundamentals of Chanukah if you need to refresh their knowledge.
Whatever you decide to do with your class, help students learn about this holiday special use ideas and activities for Hanukkah. Have a happy Chanukah!
