Valentine Day Brownie Recipes

Valentine's Day is an ideal opportunity to show your loved ones think they are sweet, and there are many delicious ways to do so. Of course, there is the traditional box of chocolates, but if you want to be a little more creative and unique, you can try something homemade.

I'm baking goodies for Valentine's Day, and my boyfriend likes things in black and chocolate mint. I found tons mint brownies recipes, chocolate, etc., but most of those I love are the chocolate milk. Is there something I have to add or subtract to replace milk chocolate?
Use only dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. The recipe should be fine.
