Financial Advice's Day Valentine's Day
By Kathryn M. D'Imperio
The special day for lovers is apparently a Price tag of these days .... If you are looking for the perfect job of jewelry, the system state of art video game, iPod or any other such expensive credit card may make the most of the work for you. To prevent the plastic kicking into overdrive, use some discretion when shopping for your girlfriend and realize he or she loves you, not the number or cost of buying gifts that when February 14 rolls around.
The typical dinner and a Movie Date functions as a reserve for a night together, but if you share several times a month, maybe a little bland. Surprise your partner with a special date that costs much less can it do this, he has his eyes. Skating on ice and the stars, but perhaps a little cold if you live in the north, presenting unique date ideas that cost little or nothing. Romantic and cheap ... These options should make the funds necessary gift for Valentine's Day.
In order to get your Valentine the perfect gift, no matter the price, some savings plans that are necessary before the actual purchase. Here are some tips to ensure you have enough money to impress your girlfriend with special treatment a Valentine's Day:
- Maintain a good record of responsible personal finance behavior. Pay your bills on time, with at least the minimum amount due, to control their spending to avoid charges over limit and try to maintain balance as low as possible, if not fully paid. By keeping the balance low, open your dollar further before reaching your credit limit. Nobody wants to be quiet with a charge of financing spending over your limit!
- Saving on the road and put the rest in plastic. So maybe you're planning pop the big question on or around of Valentine's Day .... That certainly could cost a fortune, but if stored for several months before the big date, your credit card account does not seem as painful when you remember you have a secret stash somewhere collection for this special occasion. Do your best to pay everything in full. If you put your purchase on plastic, pay as much as possible, then consider a balance transfer zero percent interest to avoid coming.
- Limit your spending to fund the purchase of the Valentine. Abandoning the chicken steak and cheese for lunch, leave the second bottle wine on the shelf and forget that television news had a dream ... with a little restraint in their spending habits, you open the door to bill payments more affordable and less regret the time to make larger purchases on their cards.
- Plan in advance how much they are willing to spend. Once you've determined what you spend your Valentine's gift does not exceed this amount. Before jumping on the Internet or leave your house, contained a fixed amount that is spent and stick to it, whatever happens!
- Store sales. Notice how the stores start setting the Valentine's Day right after Christmas? Also note that many items are reduced drastically, or put on clearance after the holidays? Officials with the store management are smart enough to know that most people just end up spending all their money on Christmas shopping.
Why not choose a Valentine's gift, while sales are still strong? If you wait for the week or the week before Valentine's Day will probably have to pay full price for the same item could have bought a 50% a month or two.
Also, avoid buying impulsive, as it generally encourages consumers to buy something good and be done with it. Put a little time and thought in the perfect present, choose the amount you are willing to pay and stick to their guns. Note that embodies Valentine passion and romance a relationship and the close relationship shared by two people in love, love is not defined by numbers on a price tag.
Ideas Charity Fundraising for the fall? ?
I am an officer of a charity school and ideas need funds to finance this fall, we try to do things with objects, usually (pink teddy bears on Valentine candy canes for holidays, etc.) and need ideas for fall. This is a small school is very strict when it comes to what we sell. must also be submitted to a teen audience and we have to care about our cause. bake sales are not allowed, but otherwise, please give ideas is most appreciated!
Candies Halloween pumpkins can decorate something for Halloween with the leaves? small first-aid kits in case of "Fall" have to sell things or May with a drive to collect non-perishable canned food to provide a food bank with a prize for the class or category that gives the most? or is there a game called sabotage, in which each class has a jar that cents donation. The class with the most wins coin, however, other classes can sabotage the pot by putting in other currencies. The sub then add Other currencies are summed and this sum is subtracted from the total pennies to determine the winner. The money was donated to a charity.
