My friend is coming to the States for a visit and want to plan a end of week (weekend Valentine's Day) in New York for him. I am looking for hotel and restaurants, I was searched for hours on my own but I come with nothing of value. I'm hoping to spend $ 175 and under $ 100 and a hotel and as part of dinner. Any which hotel, restaurant, or other recommendations would be greatly appreciated! I am looking for a hotel that is centrally located, but also that "romantic" setting, there dirty and moldy.
