How can I make a "ceiling" pillow?

I thought it would be a good idea for my boyfriend as a pillow to stop for Valentine's Day. I bought the material and filling, but have no idea how to find a pattern to make a pillow Format a real shock (with fold). I also want to make sure the pillow is also thighs. I know a little hook, but never taken a sewing project like this before. Does anyone have any tips on how to start? Thank you! I tried to find a pattern line, but found nothing. I searched in Google, but do not know where else to look.
