They are perfect for Valentine's Day hearts, wedding showers, bridal luncheons, anniversaries, Mother's Day, etc. They are also perfect for Christmas trees, Santa, stockings, etc., and rabbits Cruces, clubs, Banderas, ghosts, pumpkins, Cornocopias, etc. Whatever the occasion, This cookie recipe will work for you. For any other type of cookie, try BAR DATE.
CUT-OUT COOKIES RECIPE
This recipe is a grocery store gift Crisco 1990 brochure.
2 / 3 cup Butter Flavor Crisco
3 / 4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon + 1 tsp Tea milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
Of salt 1 / 4 c. Tea
Cream Crisco, sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until consistency homogeneous. Beat the egg. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir the mixture with cream. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll half of dough at a time when the thickness of the surface of flour of 1/8-inch. Cut into desired shape. Cookies 2 inches apart on baking sheet greased not. Sprinkle with colored sugar decorated or clear gel when cooled. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove to wire rack.
Give of about 3 dozen medium cookies.

1 tsp tea baking powder
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 Dates cup chopped small
granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mix. Propagation in a roll or a greased cookie sheet with edges. Bake in 350 degree for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars and roll in sugar.
